Authentication:
Proof can be in the form of:
1) Registration of vehicle with a printed document (magazine article, newspaper ad, etc) showing proof that the vehicle's horse power exceeds the requested email address;
2) Dyno slips or any form of printed proof.
There are two (2) groups with restrictions:
1. 300HP to 950HP restricted to production vehicles. Authentication required. Modifications to obtain stated HP allowed.
2. E300HP to E5000HP restricted to drivers and owners. Authentication required.
